Billing and insurance
Mar Speech Therapy is currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Care First Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Tricare East.
We also accept private-pay clients and will provide you with a Superbill that can be submitted to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. If you would like more information about Superbills, let us know!

Mar Pediatric Therapy, Private Pay Rates:
Speech Therapy:
$300 for an evaluation
$115/hour for therapy sessions
Occupational Therapy:
$350 for an evaluation
$130/hour for therapy sessions

What ages do you work with?
We work with children ages 2-21 years.
Can you work with my child if they get speech therapy services at school?
Definitely! With signed consent, we can also collaborate with your child’s school team to better meet your child’s needs.
Can I be present for my CHILD’s session?
Of course! In fact, we encourage our families to join in on our sessions so that they can observe and integrate the strategies used into their child’s everyday routine.
What is your attendance and cancellation policy?
While Mar Speech Therapy, LLC understands that illnesses and emergencies occur unexpectedly, we respectfully request that you avoid frequent cancellations or “no shows.” We ask for our clients to provide us with a 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Clients are allotted 2 cancellations without 24 hours’ notice per year. Advanced notification for any cancellations are very much appreciated.
Where will my services be provided?
Maryland: Services are provided in pre-schools, schools, tele-therapy and in-person in our Columbia, MD Office (8840 Stanford Blvd Columbia MD, 21045 Suite 1900)

Texas: Services are provided in the comfort of your home (whether it be in-person therapy or teletherapy), at daycares, and at schools.
