Speech-Language Pathologist
SLP-Assistant
High-quality speech services for students of all ages & abilities!
SLP RESPONSIBILITIES ~ Active SLP State License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Provide direct services
-
Provide school-based evaluations and IEP-directed therapy services.

Provide timely documentation of therapy sessions, create and/or update IEPs, and complete comprehensive evaluations
-
Complete progress reports as required by state and district regulations and processes
-
Case management services as required by the school district(s), including scheduling, preparing for and conducting IEP meetings.

Attend staff meetings and consultations
-
Strong communication skills, flexibility, and professionalism
-
Strong organizational and time-management skills
SLP-A RESPONSIBILITIES ~ Active SLPA State License
-
Provide Speech-Language Therapy to students
-
Employ techniques and standardized tests necessary for thorough and accurate diagnosis of communication disorders
-
Document treatment results consistent with professional practice standards
-
Follow ARD (Admission Review and Dismissal) documentation plans
-
Participate in staff meetings and/or training as needed
-
Perform all other reasonable duties as assigned
